Here’s yet another sample pair of my Tabi socks pattern:




For those of you who are just seeing these for the first time, I’ve been working on this pattern for a long time, and I’ve knit several pairs in the process. You can see them here, here, and here. Before I began developing my own pattern I modded the toe sections of regular sock patterns to have a split toe. I guess that what I was doing could be called “tabbifying”. You can see my tabbified versions here, and here.
I’ve reworked the toe sections to achieve the smoothest, form fitting shape possible. This has involved rethinks, retries and revisions, because I want the pattern to reflect my best effort.
