I’m still chugging away at writing the pattern for these socks. I’ve finally finished the test knitting for the smallest size. My focus has been on getting the best shaping possible for the toe sections, and this is the last pair I’ll be knitting in size 6.5-7.5 for the purposes of pattern edit. I knit 3 pairs in this size. I thought that my own feet were in between sizes, but I’ve come to realize that the smallest size is really too small for my feet. I can wear them, but the heel tends to hike up a bit, so I gave this most recent pair to my daughter. She’s a size 7, so these are perfect for her.
Here’s how they look:

I’ll be shortening the big toe section a bit, I think it’s currently too tall, and that’s the final edit for this size. I’ve begun a pair of test socks in the next size up, and hope to have those finished by mid May.
I hope you’ve all been doing well, and as always, take care and thanks for reading 🙂
