In my last post I showed the most recent yarn I crafted from drop spindle plying. This post shows the result of my latest efforts at knitwear design with a self made pattern. I had only 200 yards (183 meters) to work with as my design limit, and this is what I came up with:
It’s was very cold (29°F/-1.66°C) on the day we took these pics, so I really got a chance to test out the warming powers of my new creation. It was a great time to be wearing this!
There’s a couple of things I’d like to modify on this pattern before I publish it, and I’ll be working on that throughout this year.
