Weekly Retrospective

I made these slippers a couple of years ago,  so they qualify as retrospective work for my new blog column.  The pattern is Plain Slippers from Paton’s yarn Socks in the City collection.  I made some mods to the pattern because I wanted the slipper to have a higher back.  The yarn is Red Heart’s Heart and Sole in the “Congo” colorway.  The bottom photo is from when I first finished them.  The other pics are recent.
